Meet Dr. Gloria
Dumas born, Stratford raised
I'm grateful to have grown up in a small town because, as they say, "it takes a village to raise a child." I learned a strong sense of community, which is hard to come by these days. My sister and my two brothers still live in stratford with their families and my dad lives just down the road. My family and friends have always supported me, and i know my mom is smiling down on me from Heaven.

A Texas-Sized Education
After graduating from Stratford High School in 1997, I began my university career at West Texas A&M University that same year. In 2001, I transferred to the University of Texas at El Paso, graduating in 2003 with my Bachelor of Science in Natural Science. I then traveled the state of Texas, working as a high school science teacher and a licensed athletic trainer, first in Katy and then in San Antonio. I returned to student life in 2012 at Parker University in dallas, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Anatomy, Health & Wellness, and my Doctor of chiropractic degree in 2017.
Family and Beyond
I married my husband in 2010 and our daughter arrived in 2014. It was through regular chiropractic care that I was able to conceive, as before that we'd had difficulty. This led me to fall in love with Chiropractic. We then welcomed our sons into our family in 2017 and 2022. I'm very pleased to report that all our kids are healthy and strong "Chiro-babies."
Heavenly Father,
Keep us ever knowledgeable in the study and practice of healing the sick.
Thank you for the strength and purpose of my hands. Please protect them as they do Your work.
Bless my hands as they help to prevent illness and pain.
Let my patients feel Your presence when my hands are upon them.
Thank you for the opportunity to practice this art.
Strengthen our bodies and our souls so that I may give comfort to those who are hurting, and encourage the expression of the healthiest version of themselves only You can provide.
In Jesus Name,
Amen
